Poverty in today’s world has become an affliction that no country can avoid. Many governments and local authorities have undertaken the responsibility of supporting their citizens, by offering goods and services that have become toο expensive for their citizen’s pockets. Housing, food and primary health care are only a few of those services and most of the time they are delivered in a disorganized and chaotic manner.

This is where OTA net care comes in play. Designed to create order through chaos, OTA net care can charter the needs of a local community and integrate any service that a municipality offers.

The novelty of this particular piece of high tech software lies within its ability to manage and oversee the delivery of any benefit, taking into account, at the same tame, every parameter.

5 administrative “roles”:

  1. Municipal Executive
  2. Beneficiary
  3. Contributor
  4. Municipal Executives – Help at Home Program
  5. Master Administrator

  12. ADMINISTRATOR: this feature enables users to apply settings according to their needs and issue access codes for new system users.

Citizen’s Card

OTA net care integrates the Citizen Card, a personalized card for every beneficiary. The card operates as a personal ID and facilitates an equitable process.

The Citizen’s Card, in its upgraded form, is a powerful USB visa card that can contain, on its integrated encrypted database, a complete copy of a beneficiary’s file. That includes every piece of information that the local authorities keep, copies of applications, supporting documents and even a copy of the beneficiary’s medical file.

The USB, which is plug and play, automatically downloads any new information by synchronizing with the main platform. That way, beneficiaries can always carry their personal data on them and the local authorities can establish a secure and quick connection to their citizens!
